WellMed is a full-stack pharmacy e-commerce platform with a React storefront and a Django REST Framework backend. Customers browse medicines, manage a cart, and place orders; each new order is pushed to a Telegram bot that notifies the delivery team for automatic dispatch. A companion React Native app extends the experience to mobile.
